If you’re like me and love finding great meals under $25, then P.F. Chang's Chef's Feast is an opportunity you won't want to miss. This enticing meal deal offers three prix-fixe courses for just $23 per person, perfect for couples. For the first course, you can choose between egg-drop soup, hot-and-sour soup, or the classic house salad. I opted for the egg-drop soup and house salad. The soup was packed with veggies but lacked excitement in flavor, feeling a bit bland. The salad, while delicious, was overdressed, with a tangy soy-and sesame dressing leaving the lettuce quite soggy. Plus, the tall serving bowl made it somewhat tricky to eat. The shared appetizer option was a highlight for me; I went with the pork spring rolls, which were perfectly crispy with a savory filling of cabbage, garlic, and ginger. For my main courses, I selected the crispy honey chicken and the signature beef lo mein. The honey chicken had a lovely crunchy texture but needed more flavor, while the lo mein noodles were cooked beautifully but could’ve used more beef. Overall, if I had ordered these dishes off the regular menu, it would’ve set me back over $72, making this meal deal a fantastic way to enjoy quality food without breaking the bank. The total for my meal was around $50 after tax, not much more than a diner meal and infinitely better! Most dishes were excellent, and I’d certainly order them again! The same experience would’ve cost me over $20 more without the deal, proving that P.F. Chang's offers an impressive value for a quality dining experience.
