10th victim in D.C. mid-air collision identified as 59-year-old skating coach Inna Volyanskaya. She was a pair skater who competed for the Soviet Union. With Valery Spiridonov, she won 6 international medals, including gold at the 1982 Nebelhorn Trophy.
