Full Delhi-Meerut Rapid Rail to begin operations mid-2025: Deutsche Bahn

The Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut rapid rail (Namo Bharat) will begin full operations later this year, with the entire 82-kilometre corridor expected to be operational by mid-2025. Deutsche Bahn, responsible for the operation and maintenance of India's first regional rapid transit service, aims to set a precedent for future RRTS projects in India.
