Adani Wilmar Ltd has launched its Rs 1,300 crore food processing plant in Sonepat, Haryana, creating 2,000 jobs. The 85-acre facility can produce 6.27 lakh tonnes annually, including rice, wheat flour, suji, rawa, maida, and 2 lakh tonnes of edible oils. This plant, funded by IPO proceeds, is one of India's largest food complexes.
