Acceptable attributes in tech stack

Here is what I want before I am willing to adopt a tech stack

• Thorough documentation plus many hits in reddit/stack overflow/medium/here for common questions
• Complete libraries, not half implemented, flashy libraries
• Concern for pushing out breaking changes at a reasonable pace
• No magic or excessive use of macros/attributes/code generation
